The Water Forum
is a diverse group of business and agricultural leaders, citizen groups, environmentalists, water managers, and local governments working together to balance coequal objectives:
Provide a reliable and safe water supply for the region’s economic health and planned development through to the year 2030; and Preserve the Lower American River’s fishery, wildlife, recreational, and aesthetic values.
Ongoing Programs and Priority Actions
The Water Forum nurtures and protects the Lower American River while striking a careful balance between the water needs of people and those of fish and wildlife.
